Our aim is to maintain transparency and build a trustworthy relationship with our clients through clear communication and mutually agreed terms and conditions.
Vimal Enterprises operates on a service-charge basis. Clients are required to pay the applicable service charges as communicated and agreed upon at the time of availing the service. The applicable charges, payment terms, and other conditions will be explained to the client before the service is provided.
Clients are requested to make the required payment within the agreed timeline. Our company follows a transparent process, and no service should be considered confirmed until the applicable terms and payment requirements have been fulfilled.
The client is responsible for providing the maid with proper food, reasonable accommodation, a safe working environment, and respectful treatment, as mutually agreed upon.
The maid should not be denied adequate food or basic necessities as a means of controlling, pressuring, or reducing her expenses. Similarly, the client should not impose duties or workload beyond what was mutually agreed upon at the time of placement without proper discussion and consent.
Any significant change in working hours, responsibilities, accommodation, food arrangements, or other employment conditions should be discussed with the maid and, where applicable, informed to Vimal Enterprises.
If a maid leaves the assignment and the client becomes eligible for a replacement under the agreed replacement policy, the replacement process will be initiated subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Where any pending service charges or other agreed payments relating to the first placement remain unpaid, Vimal Enterprises may keep the replacement process on hold until the outstanding amount is settled, subject to the agreed terms of service.
Replacement eligibility, duration, conditions, and applicable charges, if any, will be governed by the specific service agreement provided to the client.
The client is expected to maintain a safe, respectful, and suitable working environment for the maid. The client must ensure that the duties assigned are consistent with the terms agreed upon during the placement.
Any dispute, misunderstanding, change in requirements, or issue concerning the maid should be communicated to Vimal Enterprises promptly so that the matter can be addressed appropriately.
Vimal Enterprises believes that a successful placement depends on mutual respect, transparency, timely communication, and compliance with agreed terms. Clients are therefore requested to carefully understand all service conditions before confirming the placement.
By availing the services of Vimal Enterprises, the client acknowledges that they have been informed about the applicable service terms and agrees to follow the mutually agreed conditions.
Vimal Enterprises reserves the right to modify or update its service policies and terms from time to time. The applicable terms communicated and accepted at the time of service will govern the respective placement.
